Teeth!

He certainly wasn't this joyful when we went to have his teeth removed at the dentist.  I had to pick him up and put him in the chair and it took four of us to hold him down until he went to sleep.  I certainly didn't like how they did that.  I learned later there is a drink they can give them, but that was never offered to us.    Just glad to finally get that done and maybe his teeth will come in and move into the area where these teeth were removed.
